Right or Wrong

After drumming, met up with Jun Jie and the rest. I got a new drum teacher but the studio remains the same.

Anyway, I got to meet new friends like Alicia, Josh and many many more at the Heart. The people are so friendly and crazy. Got to know the japanese phrase; You got polio. Hahahaha. The place was like a clubhouse in the dark. Africans are so hot!!! AhhHHHWWOOO!!! They kept popping and slapping themselves. Hahahaha. I love the moonwalk and bodywave!!

I was so late for dinner at Orchard. So many birthday kia today and we kept singing and singing... In the end, I ran back to the MRT station with Jun Jie and Alicia. My hair was so damn messy and I look like a mad women.

Then, I met up mum and sis and ate at Ajisen. The reason was because mum had a 50 dollars voucher and we can spend at there. When mum was footing the bill, the lady said it was 50.05 dollars and mum just gave her 5 cents. Hahahaha. So funny.

Then we had Korean ice cream and went home. Just a week more to common tests and I seriously have not done any revision. I did not even touch homework for two consecutive weekends. Where's my sdsm? Work hard, work hard.

Mum bought a 7.1 megapixels digital camera.
Hurray!

Shots@Home

After missing the Montage competition, I thought I would missShots@Home too. Luckily, 3 members are allowed to take part in the competition. (supposedly 4 in a group)

It was a 12 hours photography competition and we went around Singapore trying to take some nice shot but it didn't quite work out for me.

Is there a grammar mistake?

The 1960s

ART

Some building.

Okay, here comes the bizarre part. I didn't it notice until Yixin told me that.

Oh my gosh. The tallest building on the left was flat. The sky was like a sheet of patterned paper. Either it was designed by a really artistic architect that enjoys making use of optical illusion or it was just an coincidence. Laughing really hard because it looks so fake but real. Oxymoron.

Then, I went home to have a bath, to wash away the fatigue, before going on a second round to take more shots. My aunt bought some ice cream and I ate one before going out.

Wait a minute.

It is not some.

Wow. That's a lot. I ate two cones yesterday, I don't know about my siblings and parents. Finally, I went back to school to meet Zhiwei and submitted only 2 photos. What a pity. 6 hours for 1 shot!

Ice cream stall.

A for Artistic

I forgot to bring my entry proof today! Then, I went to the staff room which is located at the same level as the assigned class and looked for my civics tutor. It was like few minutes before the actual examination.

The funny thing is that I met Yifang there too. Then, my civics tutor was nice enough to print for her. Phew. I knew that something bad was going to happen as my right eyelid was like twitching during the break. I know it is kinda of superstitious but the exact same thing happen during my Geography paper which I screwed up. Unfortunately, many incidents made me believe that it was true, at least for me. I suppose it was said to be the left eyelid told in some grandmother stories but it worked the opposite for me.

I was about to doze off listening to the classical but luckily the teacher woke the class up. Ignition start up. The paper was surprising. One of the listening comprehension storyline during the secondary school days came out. It was the old one on the beef noodle. The one which the son accepts the slices of beef but place it back into his Dad's bowl and made him sound like an old man suffering from senile, not conscious and easily deceived by his son. Haha. Ok, I'm not serious. At least the ending is different.

After that, I met up with Yixin to do homework. Then, we went to Sizzling Ice to buy ice cream from Yifang. The scoop of ice cream on the cone slide down and landed beside the tub.

Moving House

Hurray! I'm moving house in 2011 or so. Read:
What happen to Block 2 to Block 11?

Probably a 4 room flat and mum said that she reserved the storeroom for me to sleep. I'm a garang guni. Whatever. I'll be like 21 one then, an adult.

After, having a great time playing drum today, I went down for the exhibition in the temporary container room near the playground. It was supposed to be cooling but due to the fact that there was too many people inside, it was stuffy and squeezy.

Then, I went for a haircut with my Aunt. I layered my hair while she dyed and highlight hers. Then, we buy more clothes. She gave me some extra pocket money. Hehe.

Sarcastic insensitive freaks.

Hi and bye

Today was the farewell party for the J2s. I saw some new faces and the usual crappy friends. More pizzas. I really shouldn't have added the small packets of cheese. Smells like vomit. Gross.

Then, we watched Final Destination. It was my first time watching it. (Overdued. Yeah yeah. Whatever.)

Bloody hell.

Psychopathic plot.

Nerve racing.

Nice.

By the way, I'd checked my edusave account and I'm left with S$4.25. No more IDP programmes this year.

Shake it off.
One more day to Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix.

Conscience

Chinese 'A' levels oral examination is finally over!

Phew. What was different this year was that I saw a mouse running along the glass door and into the rubbish bin. Eeek! I swear that it is a darn mouse. What on earth is small sized, greyish black in colour, has a long tail and loves garbage? Moreover, I saw it running past thrice. First the cats, then the bats and now a mouse. It's a ZOO.

Do not feed the cat so that it can chase the mouse. Something like a food chain? Seriously, all these weird happenings in the school is kinda of cool. Back to the point; the chinese oral. I'm much more relax after chatting with my friends.

I must say that my conversation skills and techniques did not improve at all. I crapped with the examiners. I just couldn't help myself but turned the whole thing into a joke. At least I said something which makes sense at the start which made feel a little better. Anyway, it was the last time I ever gonna sit for a chinese oral examination. I feel good.

On the way home, walking along the rows of trees, I saw funny people doing funny things. That is what happened when they don't take physics.

Lamo.

I'm really guilty for skipping chemistry tutorial.

Live Earth

I found my Fila green shirt and I wore it for drum class. Everyone else in Singapore was wearing every colour other than green, only a handful did. My mum knows nothing about this Live Earth. She thinks it's a joke.

How funny. I got so irritated when people say they don't care and they live on earth.

AL GORE; Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore is the author of An Inconvenient Truth, the best-selling book on the threat of and solutions to global warming and the subject of the movie of the same title, which has been nominated for two Academy Awards.

Isn't it.

Back to the drum lesson, the teacher taught us an easy method to do an open hi-hat and ride on and off bell.

Out.

Oh Pizza Hut

At home, I was sufing the net, trying to make sense of the Autbots game. (Transformer) Then, take part in some MTV contests hoping to win some Fantastic Four, Harry Potter, Fall Out Boy, Die Hard 4.0 or Transformer stuff. I'm so disappointed for not being able to go to Christina Aguilera 'Back to Basics' Concert.

It is so fun watching Smosh's exaggerating and lame videos on Youtube. 7.7.07, New York City. Finally, I went to meet Yixin and Zhiwei at Somerset. Kelvin gave all the part-timers a treat. I had 1 slice of chocolate birthday cake, 2 tiny drumsticks, 2 cups of Pepsi, 3 1/2 slices of pizza and a little ice cream.

On the way home, I have a nice chat with Yixin on human psychology and mindset. Particularly of Singaporeans and Americans. I personally think that we should always follow our heart, not our head when we are choosing our careers. It's all about job and life satisfaction which is far more meaningful and far reaching than material comforts. I guess that's why, people came up with a song called "listen to your heart". Then we met Shijiao and Haoxiang at Jurong East. They returned from some chinese drama thingy. Hmm...

Back at home, we celebrated Dad's birthday and I had some more chicken wings, french fries and satays. Oh gosh, this is too much for the day. Things are really getting out of hand.

The last siginificant event of the day; I got back my progress report. Surprisingly, I passed my GP and chinese! For the first time, I was grinning with satsfaction with an E. I wouldn't have make it if my active partipation wasn't 4.8 out of 5. My mum is going to nag at me for lousy grades anyway but it will make her less pissed. Hopefully.

She don't understand that nagging only irritate not motivate. It is actually all on myself.

Please work hard for common test.
Go lin. Kaolin.

Transformer

I met up with Sheryl and Shimin to watch the Transformer. Sheryl's sister and her friend tagged along.

Another quality film. All the flying, running, shooting... The theatre was filled with laughter and exclamation.

After that, I went home and had to wait outside for 45 minutes because I forgot my keys. No one was at home. Fortunately, I managed to get in before Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban started and we feast. Happy Youth Day.

Movie Freak.
Fiction movie always rocks.
