SIS Building
It was drizzling and I hate being wet as I fall sick easily. I called Matt to find out the actual location but I still couldn't figure out where it was. I decided to ask a women walking by. She said "Huh?" and continued walking on with a snobbish face. A total bitch. She could at least say "I don't know". I said "fuck you la" and moved on. The second person I approached is an old lady, with her husband. She pointed to the left but said nothing.
I panicked and then asked the lady in the 7-11 shop across the street. Another lady who was having a conversation with her gave me an umbrella for free. How nice of her. I really appreciated that. She even gave me clear direction to the SIS building. Finally, I reached Vizon, totally drenched.
They don't know what I'm supposed to do. I met a man name Ah Hock and he pointed to a room. He told me to stay in there. I walked in and the room was rather dim. It was spacious but occupied with lots and lots of cartons stacked up, almost reaching the ceiling. I sat on a stool which is obviously a smaller version of a crate.
There's a stereo which is tuned to the 933 fm. I tapped my feet, while waiting for him. He helped me to cut cartons and took out the briefs. 2000 of them. Someone then stood at the door and shouted "Oi! Hello!" I only see a silhoutte of a man who looks like an angmoh to me. I didn't reply as I thought he was looking for Ah Hock. He moved towards me and I realised that it was my delivery man at Albert. Chey. Actually, I was rather surprised to see. He asked me why I was here and stuff, whether I wanted to work there permanently. It was meant to be a joke.
They are really funny guys. Ah Hock told me that the delivery man got a great voice. Then, the delivery man sang. Yup, he sounds like Bird Thongchai. Then, we laugh and laugh. Ah Hock said he stopped schooling at primary 3 and he said the delivery man at primary six but the delivery man said that he was from Raffles Instituition. Yeah right. It reminds me of "The Arena" though.
Matt came and reduced the number to 1000, which was still a lot. David talked to me too. Went home at 4:28 pm. I can't find the umbrella so I quickly ran back to the MRT station.
Hana Kimi is funny.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
